Tomb Raider is a series of computer games, comic books, novels and movies. It tells the adventures of the fictional heroine Lara Croft. Since the release of the first part of the series in 1996, the series has become a profitable brand using various media. And Lara has become one of the main icons of the gaming industry.
Lara Croft is an attractive and intelligent British archaeologist searching for ancient treasures. In many ways she is similar to Indiana Jones. She is almost always wearing brown shorts, a blue top, with a brown backpack. She also has two holsters in which she carries a gun.
In each part of the series, the appearance of the heroine underwent minor changes. The developers adjusted the view of the character to the growing capabilities of computers (improving animation, smoothing facial features, moving hair). Lara’s appearance also changed in accordance with fans’ expectations (overly enlarged breasts, which were eventually reduced).
Tomb Raider ink examples mainly depict the character of Lara Croft herself. They focus on reproducing her image from games or movies. This is an interesting idea for fans of this character.
